PubChem was used to search compounds that may bind or interact with the Fgfr2 protein. The search returned a number of results for molecules, like the one listed below, that show the ability to inhibit the Fgfr2 protein. However, none of the compounds seem to have been well studied since no published data could be found on them.

The compound shown here, CHEMBL1172957, is a known inhibitor of the the Fgfr2 protein (1). This compound does not appear to have been used in any research experiments outside of the binding assay in which it was discovered to interact with Fgfr2. Upon a standard search of scientific articles, the compound and its function did not appear to have been reported by any journal. |
